Kailee Kiminski
Hey everyone! I’m a photographer and web designer based in Mobile, Alabama with 3+ years experience in music, lifestyle, portrait & event photography. I was born and raised in a state known as the land of 10,000 lakes a.k.a Minnesota. I found my love in sports and being a high school multi-sport athlete. At the age of 19, I moved to the Deep South to pursue my DI track and cross country scholarship and my Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications. Even though I LOVED sports, I always knew I had a passion for music, art & creativity.
It wasn’t till my last year of college I realized, “Hey, you enjoy entrepreneurship, music, web design & photography- do that!” So here I am, typing this “about me” page as I am smiling at how beautiful each of our individual journeys are. Being from a small town, I often found myself exploring the outdoors and constantly taking pictures. It didn’t matter if it was on a DSLR camera or on my good ol’ Samsung Galaxy phone- I loved capturing the world around me and sharing it. Nowadays, I use my Sony Camera to take photos to capture views like the one below.
When I was a kid, my grandmother had an old Canon camera. At every sporting event or family gathering you’d hear grandma Kiminski at some point shout, “alright everyone how about a family picture.” Whenever we were out exploring nature she would hand me the camera to take pictures of the world around me. Looking back, I have to give my grandmother some credit for my passion with cameras and photography.
